We have purchased several pieces from Waters Furniture. The customer service is phenomenal. Steve , Brent,Lindsey and Matt are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They give you the freedom to walk around the store, but they are available as needed. I love every piece we have purchased for our home and they will always be my go to local furniture store… if you’re worried about delivery…Don’t be. I enjoyed that experience as well and have never had a problem.Nice guys!

The best furniture buying experience I've had. Brent, the manager, helped us via phone with a great deal on a Flexsteel living room suite and a bedroom suite. We were given a great price and the best prompt, professional, and courteous service. We Also stopped in to the store one afternoon and Brent was out. The entire staff was extremely courteous and very helpful. The showroom was clean and well displayed. They offer some really beautiful and affordable selections. We've since had two home deliveries that were nothing less than outstanding. Since we now live in Eastern North Carolina, I can't see buying from anyone else. Thank you Brent and staff for such a pleasant experience.

My wife and I were in their store on 7/13/23. Steve is one of the most down to earth men we have met in a potential customer / sales relationship. We had never been in their store before but, Lord willing, it won’t be the last time. We also met Lindsey briefly. She was equally friendly. Thanks Steve and Lindsey.

Very nice, expensive furniture. Excellent customer service and everyone is very honest and upfront. We purchased two dining tables a little over two years ago... and the quality is excellent. Bostic Suggs is the only other furniture store on this level of quality.
